Chamberlain Real Estate is currently seeking 5 real estate agents to join our team in Los Alamitos, California. Agents must be licensed in California and will work both in office and remotely.

We are currently partnered with one of the fastest growing tech-focused brokerages in California, Link Brokerages. With our partnership we are able to offer our agents a modern approach to conducting business within Real Estate. Our office prioritizes technology, support, and marketing. All agents will be able to work personally with our team to help accelerate their careers and will have access our newly renovated Los Alamitos office. We provide our agents with all the right tools to streamline day-to-day operations, generate more leads, and maximize success in the field of Real Estate.

We like to be as transparent as we can when it comes to agent splits and fees. Agents will be on a tiered split breakdown depending on production level (up to a 90/10 split) and have access to a variety of benefits.

Responsibilities:

* List and sell residential or commercial properties

* Network and build relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community members

* Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters

* Facilitate negotiations and finalize sales

* Continuously educate oneself on the real estate market and industry developments
